Can I be refunded after a cryptocurrency transaction?
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Our role is therefore to deliver your cryptocurrencies to the addresses that you indicate to us. Once the funds are delivered, there is no option to reverse the transaction. Therefore, we would ask you to check the accuracy of your receiving address before confirming the transaction and proceeding to payment.
After payment, we will start the mining process, then transfer the virtual mined tokens into your wallet.
1. The Buyer will be fully responsible to provide the RIGHT Wallet address for delivery. Do not forget coin transfer is irreversible.
